Can you engrave my own logo?
Yes. Send us your logo and we’ll let you know if the file is ready to engrave or if it needs a little preparation first.
Can I upload my own artwork?
Absolutely. Photos, sketches, illustrations and digital artwork are welcome. If we spot anything that might affect the finished result, we’ll talk it through before making anything.
Can you help me design something?
Yes. You don’t need a finished design to get started. Tell us the occasion, the person or the idea, and we’ll help shape it into something engravable and meaningful.
Do you offer business discounts?
We do our best to support business orders, bulk gifts and repeat projects. Share what you need, the quantity and any deadline, and we’ll come back with clear options.
How quickly do you reply?
We usually reply within one business day. If your request is time-sensitive, mention the date in your message so we can advise honestly.
Do you accept unusual requests?
